A musical film titled Ekta Shalik has been made on the basis of Amirul Momenin Manik’s a song with Munaim Billah as a part of first investigation of Manik’s new project titled Hidden Talent. Promising actress Robena Reza Jui acted in a role in this musical film. Shimanto Sajal has made the film.
Jui took part in shooting of the musical film last week. Earlier Jui acted in different serials and plays but for the first time she acted in a musical film. Jui is now staying own hometown Sarishabari of Jamalpur.
While sharing her feelings about the musical film Jui told this correspondent, “This musical film is one of my new experiences in acting career. I acted in role of wife of a farmer. The song not only enthralled me but also making of Shimanto Sajal also attracted me. He made the film sincerely. I believe viewers will enjoy the film.”
Shimanto Sajal also wrote script of the musical film besides its making. Mahmudul Islam Mithu acted in role of a zamindar in the film.
Title of the song is Ekta shalik berai ghurey sara jibonmoy, kokhono megh kokhono rode brishtir opochoy. Manik himself has composed its tune and music. Mahbubur Rahman Sajib wrote lyrics of the song, while GS Tuhin has given its direction.
Jui informed that her acted first musical film will go on air from first day of New Year.
