Two times National Film Award winner actor Chanchal Chowdhury for the first time worked as a judge in a reality show. To
telecast in coming Eid for five-day, under the planning, concept and production by Samia Rahman the reality show Hashte Jader Mana has been made recently for News 24 channel.
Participants of the show performed in this reality show from different parts of noted actor and playwright Brindaban Das’s plays. Besides Brindaban Das and Chanchal Chowdhury, Samia Rahman and Shahnaz Khushi also worked as judges
in the reality show.
Already grand finale of the reality show has been finished. But before Eid, who are the winners yet not to be disclosed. Winners of this show will get air tickets of Dhaka-Bangkok and Dhaka-Kolkata and television sets. Two companies sponsored these.
While talking about to work as a judge in the reality show for the first time Chanchal Chowdhury told this correspondent, “I am really glad because within very short time preparation the participants took part in this reality show performing various parts from Brindabanda’s plays. But my advice will be to take necessary preparation for next time. In fact, those who want to take acting as their profession they should take it seriously. I am grateful to Samia Rahman to arrange such a show. Mirakkel famed Roni nicely hosted the show. Overall I give thanks to its organisers.”
Samia Rahman shared her feelings by this way, “I am really grateful to all three judges due to their dedication to their works.”
Shahnaz Khushi said, “It is absolutely a new concept for searching actors. I give thanks to News24 channel in this regard.”
“It is really a grateful matter to give the opportunity to the contestants to act with
different portions of my plays in this
reality show,” Brindaband Das said.
Samia Rahman also informed that the
reality show Hashte Jader Mana will be aired on News24 channel from Eid day
to next five days at 9:00pm.
