Jahangirnagar University Cultural Alliance (JUCA) elected a 10 member executive body for the next one year on Saturday.
Ashikur Rahman of Jahangirnagar Theater and Shahidul Islam Pappu of Dhoni were elected as president and general secretary respectively. Former Secretary of JUCA Nazmul Hasan announced the new executive body on Saturday afternoon.
The other office bearers are – Vice Presidents Tanvir Hasan and Mahathir Mohammed, Treasurer Shahadat Hossain Shadhin, Office Secretary Prithula Prashun Puja, Publicity and Publication Affairs Secretary Maruf Mozammel and Executive Members Khalid Mithun, Zenifar Ehsan, Hasan Mahdi Rukas, Tahsin Asrar and Shahadat Noman.
JUCA is an alliance of a total of 12 TSC-based cultural organisation of the university.
