UNB, Pabna :A local leader of Jubo Dal was found dead at Muhammadpur village in Santhia upazila on Wednesday. The deceased was identified as Chand Ali Molla, president of no 8 Nandanpur union unit Jubo Dal and son of late Abed Ali Molla of the village.Sahed Mahmud, officer-in-charge of Sathia Police Station, said being informed by local people police recovered the body of Chand from a jute field around 11 am and sent it to Pabna Medical College Hospital morgue.Quoting family members, police said Chand did not return home since some miscreants called him out of his house at about 12 am.Police said, Chand, a member of outlawed party ‘Lal Pataka’, was wanted in several cases. He might have been stabbed to death over intra-party feud, they said.However, president of Sathia Upazila unit Jubo Dal said Chand Ali claimed he was president of Jubo Dal Nandanpur union-8 unit.
