Staff Reporter :A Juba Dal leader was killed in his own residence in the capital’s Kafrul area on Monday evening. The deceased has been identified as Moulana Nasir, Convenor of Kafrul Jub Dal unit, police said. Quoting the relatives of the deceased, Kafrul Police Station’s Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abdul Quayyum said that some Juba Dal leaders and activists came to his home located at Ibrahimpur in a bid to form a committee. At one stage, they locked in an altercation and Nasir was killed.The body had been sent to the Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) morgue for an autopsy, the police official said.Police are investigation the matter, the OC said.
