Department of Mathematics of Jahangirnagar University (JU) has launched one year Professional Master of Science in Mathematics (PMSM) program, says a press release.
Applicants having at least a Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering and Computer Sciences are qualified for the PMSM program, added program coordinator and Professor of JU Mathematics Dept Dr Sharif Uddin.
A one-hour admission test (MCQ) will be held based on basics in Mathematics and English language proficiency to admit into the programme. Selected candidates will have to appear on a viva-voce at the time of admission for final selection, the release added.
Applicants can choice any one method either Online or Offline to apply.
The application form will be available from July 6 to August 10 while the admission test will be held on August 14.
