The classes of first year honours courses under academic session 2016-2017 of Jahangirnagar University (JU) has begin yesterday.
Deputy Registrar (academic) Mohammad Ali confirmed this.
He also said the university authorities will officially receive the first year students on March 19 through according a fresher’s reception to them (students).
However, the newcomers already have started to take shelter at their respective dormitories.
