The annual sports competition of Jahangirnagar University (JU) was concluded here on Thursday by prize giving ceremony at the central playground on the campus. JU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Farzana Islam addressed the prize giving ceremony as the chief guest Pro-VC Professor Abul Hossain, Treasurer Professor Abul Khaer attended as the special guests.
Mamun Sardar of JU Maulana Bhashani Hall became fastest man among the male dormitories while Jaya Chakma became fastest women among the female dormitories.
Presided over by the president of competition managing committee Professor Shafi Muhammad Tareq, JU Registrar Abu Bakar Siddique and Director of Gymnasium Sifatullah were present at the function.
