Veteran freedom fighter and Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) leader Mojharul Haq Tulu died of old-age complications at a hospital in the capital yesterday.
He was 71. A family source said Tulu, one of the founders of JSD and member of the party’s central advisory council, breathed his last yesterday morning.
Tulu is survived by his wife Sultana Begum and daughter Tarowat Sultana Monami.
