The Parliamentary Standing Committee of the 11th parliament on Power, Energy and Mineral Resources recommended finalizing of electric-run vehicle charging guideline soon.
The committee in its 24th meeting held recently discussed elaborately about the plan of power division on electric run transport and public transport transforming into electric run.
It also discussed about the implementation of all under construction power plants running with coal, liquid energy and natural gas, reports BSS.
Chaired by its chief Wasika Aeysha Khan, the meeting was attended among others by State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Nasrul Hamid, Md Abu Jahir, Md Nurul Islam Talukder, Md Aslam Hossain Saudagar, Mst Khaleda Khanam and Nargis Rahman.
