Joya Ahsan has received Indian film award ‘Zee Cine Awards’ for her role in the movie Bishorjon. Bishorjon itself won the award in the best movie category whereas Joya received her award as the best actress.
Joya received the award from the hands of Tamil filmmaker Ashwini Tiwari at a glamorous ceremony at BK Grounds in Mumbai, India on Tuesday evening. Delighted with the award, Joya said, “ZEE Cine Award is a very prestigious award. I’m overwhelmed to receive this. I’m grateful to my film director Kowshik Ganguly. Please pray for me so that I can do better works in the future and make Bangladesh proud.”
Meanwhile, Joya Ahsan is also topping the list of ‘Top 10 Taliwood Actresses’ of Kolkata in 2017.
Moreover, the movie Bishorjon earlier won the Indian National Film Award.
