Aiming the reception an international seminar on “Bangali National in South-East Asia and Non-communal” held at the Institute of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh (IDEB) in the city on last Saturday, said a press release.
M Khalid, State Minister for Cultural Affairs handed over the crest as chief guest where Lt. Gen. (rtd) Masud Uddin Chowdhury, MP of Feni-3 and Rafiqul Anwar, Editor of Daily Noakhali Protidin, among others, were also present.
