Staff Reporter :The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a drive recovered huge quantities of bombs, bomb making materials and objectionable books from the Sirajganj Sadar Railway Station area on Friday.The elite force also arrested the main coordinator of the banned militant outfit Jamaat-ul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) and his four associates. The coordinator has been identified as Abdun Noor, but the identity of the others could not be known immediately.RAB’s Legal and Media Wing Director Mufti Mahmud Hasan said that the elite force conducted a drive and arrested them from the Sirajganj Railway Station at around 3:00am. They also seized a huge number of bombs and bomb making materials.They were going to Sirajganj from Chapainawabganj by train, the RAB official said.They are being interrogated in this connection, he said.
