UNB, Feni :
An activist of Jubo League was killed in a bomb blast while making crude bombs at Ahmedpur village in Sonagazi upazila on Friday night.
The deceased was identified as Dulal Miah,45, son of late Obayed Mollah.
Police said, when Dulal and two other people were making crude bombs at the tea stall of Dulal a bomb went off, leaving Dulal, Mizanur Rahman,40 and Sharif Bhuiyan,25 injured on Friday night.
When the injured were taken to Feni sadar hospital on Saturday morning doctors declared Dulal dead. The injured left the hospital secretly.
Assistant police super of the district Shamsul Alam Sarkar said they were making the bombs to carry out sabotage during election to Sonagazi upazila scheduled for Sunday.
