Karimganj Upazila Awami Jubo-League Organising Secretary was stabbed to deach by his rival groups over land dispute and supremacy at Niyamatpur Bus Stand in Karimganj Upazila of Kishoreganj on Tuesday noon.
The victim was identified as Syed Atikur Rahman (Syed Ali). He was 30.
On information, Police rushed the sopt and sent to Karimganj hospital.
Awami League brought out a procession in Karimganj town demanding punishment of the killers.
Additional Police Super Syed Abu Sayeem visited the spot.
A case was field in this connection with Karimganj Police Station.
