Jhenidah pourashavha has declared budget Tk 39 crore 93 lakh 38 thousand 350 hundred in 2014/15 fiscal year without implementing new tax.
On Monday noon Poura Mayor Saidul Karim Minto declared this budget. At the DC Shafikul Islam of Jhenidah was present.
Tk 25,60,52,250 has been allotted in development project. Of them Tk 14,32,86,100 has been earned from revenue source. But Tk 12,43,25,923 has been spent in this revenue purpose. The surplus amount is Tk 1,89,60,177. The rest amount of development allotment will be earned from government special allotment. During the time Poura Mayor Saidul Karim said, no extra tax has been imposed on the public.
