Realizing the reality, three young entrepreneurs of Bangladeshi origin MohaiminMostafa, RaefMohsin and Tanzim Shams took an initiative to create a permanent presence of “unique” Bangladeshi products in the US for everyone to enjoy, says a press release.
These entrepreneurs who are founders of Jhalmuri.com are very proud of their Bengali heritage and they want to bridge the gap between their old homes and the new ones. One of the ways they followed is to infuse Bengali fashion into their American lifestyle.
Since fashion is distinctive and allows people to easily adapt and expose their innovations, Jhalmuri team decided to introduce Bangladeshi fashion and art works to the people of United States.
For the first time in the history, this initiative has been taken where an e-commerce site has been developed called Jhalmuri.com for successfully bringing in Bangladeshi fashion designers, weavers and artisans from different industries and showcase their beautiful art works, intricate craftsmanship and hard work to the international community, including the Bangladeshi expatriate community in North America.
