JETRO’s country representative meets BEPZA Chairman: The country representative of Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) Yuji Ando made a courtesy call on Major General SM Salahuddin Islam, Executive Chairman of BEPZA at his office on Tuesday. They discussed on different issues related to Japanese investment in the EPZs including the impact of COVID-19 on Japanese companies in Bangladesh, said a press release. BEPZA Executive Chairman sought cooperation of JETRO to attract more Japanese investment in the EPZs as well as BEPZA Economic Zone. General Manager (IP) of BEPZA Md. Tanvir Hossain and Director of JETRO SM Shariful Alam were present during this time.
