Jet Airways supports Eid visa camp initiative

Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline, is participating in the Indian Government’s Eid Visa Camp initiative, aimed at making travel to India for Bangladesh nationals easier during the upcoming Eid Holidays.
The camp is being organized by the High Commission of India between June 4 to 16, 2016. Applicants attending the camp will be able to submit their tourist visa applications on a walk-in basis without a prior appointment.
 The initiative was inaugurated recently by the Hon’ble Home Minister of Bangladesh, Asaduzzaman Khan, and the State Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohammad Shahriar Alam graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour.
 Alam in his address appreciated Jet Airways’ participation and termed it as a “great initiative” taken by airline operating in Bangladesh. Also present was the Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Shringla who acknowledged Jet Airways’ support, and thanked Raj Kumar Bhattacharya, Country Manager for his proactive participation.
A lucky draw was held at the inauguration in which three lucky winners won couple tickets sponsored by Jet Airways on the Dhaka-Kolkata-Dhaka, Dhaka-Delhi-Dhaka and Dhaka-Mumbai-Dhaka sectors. Jet Airways is also offering exclusive discounts for travelers who book their tickets at the visa camp.
