Jessore, Jhenidah, Satkhira vulnerable for human trafficking

People of Jessore, Jhenidah and Satkhira districts are vulnerable to be trafficked to several countries as these have borders with India. We need to be conscious to tackle the unsafe migration.
Speakers at a workshop held at the conference room of NGO Forum regional training centre in Jessore on Monday said. Non-government organization Rupantar organized the media workshop on safe migration being supported by EURCAP and International Organisation for Migration.
Mizanur Rahman Panna, director, Rupantar chaired the workshop. It was attended among others by Jahid Hasan Tukun, president, Jessore Press Club, Rahenur Islam, assistant director, department of manpower and employment, Jessore , Binoy Krishna Mallik, executive director, Rights Jessore, Dr Mostafiur Rahman, Professor Khairul Umam, Saifur Rahman Saif, Aminur Rahman Mamun, Jesmin Akhter and Ripon Hossain.
