UNB, Dhaka :Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD), the student body of BNP, will stage demonstrations across the country on Monday protesting ‘law enforcers’ denial of arrest’ of BNP joint secretary general Salahuddin Ahmed.In a press release on Sunday, JCD president Rajib Ahsan and general secretary Akramul Hasan announced the programme that is also meant for protesting the ‘killing, enforced disappearance and arrest of the student body’s leaders and activists’ by law enforcers’.”The illegal government is carrying out state terrorism to illegally cling to power. It’s become the main habit of the government to kill and abduct people and make them disappeared in a planned way,” the JDC leaders said.Rajib and Akram alleged that the law enforcers are crippling and injuring people through firing shoots after taking them to police stations.They called upon the law enforcers not to involve themselves with the unjust acts of the current ‘illegal regime’.The JDC president and secretary urged their leaders and activists to observe the programme in all cities, district towns and universities.
