Jamuna Bank Limited (JBL) has been awarded the best “Performing Bank” Award 2015-16 recently by International Financial Institutions Group, ICICI Bank Limited.
Smruti Shanu Singh, Regional Head (Europe & Bangladesh), International Financial Institutions Group, ICICI Bank Limited handed over the award to Shafiqul Alam, Managing Director (MD) of JBL at a program recently.
A. K. M. Saifuddin Ahamed – Deputy Managing Director, Mohammad Shamsur Rahman -Head of International Division of Jamuna Bank Limited, BhyjuKanamkandy – Head of ECA Finance, Trade Finance & Payments of ICICI Hong Kong and Abdullah Yousuf Khan – Chief Representative, Bangladesh of ICICI Bank Limited were also present at the award giving ceremony.
Shafiqul Alam, Managing Director of JBL said the bank achieved the award through execution of its commitment and services to the customers.
“The award will encourage all of our management and branch level officers and staffs to work more efficiently in the years to come.”
