Jaya Ahsan working in Kaushik Ganguly’s new film

Bangladeshi actress Jaya Ahsan wrapped up shooting for Kaushik Ganguly’s upcoming film Bishorjon.
The National Award winning actor recently revealed some pictures from the film’s shooting spot at Kalimpong, a hill station in the Indian state of West Bengal.
Alongside Jaya, who is playing the role of Padma, Abir Chatterjee plays lead in the film, while Kaushik Ganguly, renowned for making few acclaimed ventures like Shabdo, Apur Panchali, and Arekti Premer Golpo, will portray a special role in it.
Last week, Kaushik Ganguly tweeted that the shooting of the film is wrapped up perfectly.
Ganguly thanked Jaya Ahsan, Abir Chatterjee, the production company Opera Entertainment, and the whole unit for wrapping it up nicely.
The film is based on Bangladesh before its independence (East Pakistan), and depicts a romantic story.
It portrayed how borders try to detach people from each other while its love keeps them connected.
Earlier, Jaya acted in several films from Kolkata, including Arindam Sil’s Aborto and Eagoler Chokh, Indranil Roy Chowdhury’s Ekti Bangali Bhooter Goppo, and Srijit Mukherji’s Rajkahini.
