The makers of Bareilly Ki Barfi have roped in five-time National Award winning lyricist Javed Akhtar as the narrator for the film. The Legendary lyricist Javed Akhtar will be seen as sutradhar (narrator) in Kriti Sanon, Ayushmann Khurrana and Rajkummar Rao starrer Bareilly ki Barfi. Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, director of the film shares, “We wanted a narrator who is not just a voice over but a key character through the film. Someone who is an integral part of the pagal Mishra family.’
