(HCBL) and and Shams Zaman, Director Corporate and Investment Banking of City Bank, exchanging documents after signing an agreement at the bank’s head office in the city recently. Mustaque Ahmed, HR & GSS Director of HCBL was also present. Under the deal, the bank will provide Tk 1,566m for acquiring Shares of Emirates Cement Bangladesh Limited and Emirates Power Company Limited.
