UNB, Dhaka :Japanese Deputy Foreign Minister Shinsuke Sugiyama arrives here on Thursday to attend the first-ever Foreign Office Consultations (FOC) between the two countries.The entire gamut of Bangladesh-Japan bilateral relations will be discussed during his official meeting with Foreign Secretary M Shahidul Haque, said an official release on Monday.During Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s visit to Japan on May 25-28, 2014, while Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s visit to Bangladesh on September 6-7, 2014, both the leaders agreed to hold regular Foreign Office Consultations on bilateral relations and other issues at the Foreign Secretary level.
