Delta LPG Limited will set up ‘LPG Auto Gas Stations’ at petrol pumps across the country under Jamuna Oil Company Limited. An agreement in this regard was signed at the head office of Jamuna Oil Company on Sunday.
Managing Director of Jamuna Oil Company Limited Gias Uddin Anchari and Director of Delta LPG Limited. Mustafizur Rahman signed the agreement on behalf of their respected company. General Manager (Marketing) of Jamuna Oil Company was present at the event.
Mustafizur Rahman, Director, Delta LPG Limited, told that the use of LPG in vehicles as a safe, affordable and readily available fuel is increasing in the developed world. The availability of LPG is increasing in Bangladesh as compared to compressed natural gas or CNG.
Investment in LPG auto gas stations is it is easily portable.
He said the initiative of Jamuna Oil Company Limited and Delta LPG Limited on the golden jubilee of independence and the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman would accelerate the economic progress of the country.
