Joint forces in separate drives from Wednesday night to early Thursday arrested 35 people, including three Jamaat activists, in different places of the district on sabotage charges.
Enamul Haque, sub-inspector of Satkhira district police, said the joint team conducted separate drives in the eight upazilas and arrested 35 people, including three of Jamaat.
Among the arrestees, 10 people were from Sadar, four from Kalaroa, two from Tala, five from Kaliganj, eight from Ashashuni, one from Debhata, two from Patkelghata and three from Shymnagar upazila.
