Chittagong Bureau :Hefazate Islam Bangladesh brought out protest rally against the indiscriminate bomb attack and genocide in Gaza, Palestine by the brute Israel yesterday after Juma prayer in city. To stop the Israeli barbarism and demanding the unity of world muslims, Hefazat arranged the protest program from Anderkilla Shahi Juma mosque premises after Juma prayer which paraded the city roads which terminated at press club premises followed by a brief rally. Under the banner of Olema Mashaek Parishad, Jamaat-Shibir leaders, activists joined the procession and chanted anti-govt slogans. In a brief deliverations at press club square, the speakers said Israel is a unauthorized occupier in Middleeast and the location of Isreal is an illegal one in Middle east and Isarel is torturing the muslims of Palestine for the last 50 years. The speakers condemned the heinous attack on children, juveniles and women without any discrimination and hundreds of people irrespective of age and sex were killed in last week in Gaza. City Mohanagar leader ANM Ahmed Ullah said the present govt of Bangladesh is not Islam friendly govt and they also attack on peace-loving mass earlier. He also urged the govt to pressurize the UNbeing united with the other muslim countries. Hefazat leader Moulana Elias Osmani presided over the rally. Among others, Moulana Fazlur Rahman, Moulana Md. Ikrar, Moulana Haji Mozzamel Hoque, Moulana Jainul Abedin Kutubi,Moulana Nur Mohammad, Moulana Karimullah spoke on the occasion.
