Director of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Jalal Younus has been appointed Manager of Bangladesh National Cricket team for the upcoming Tri-Nation Cricket Tournament.
Bangladesh National Cricket team will leave the city today for Sussex of England to take part in a ten-day long conditioning camp there. After the conditioning camp, Bangladesh team will leave Sussex for Ireland to play in the Tri-Nation Cricket Tournament. Bangladesh, Ireland, New Zealand will compete in the Tri-Nation Cricket Tournament, which begins on May 12.
Jalal Younus is the Chairman of the Media Committee of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).
Khaled Mahmud Sujan is the Manager of Bangladesh National Cricket team. But he cannot go to Ireland for his personal reason.
Jalal Younus said, ” Khaled Mahmud Sujan will not go to Ireland as he has personal problem. For this reason I shall act as the Manager of Bangladesh National Cricket team during the Tri-Nation Cricket Tournament. But Khaled Mahmud Sujan will act as the Manager of Bangladesh National Cricket team during the ICC Champions Trophy.”
