Jakir Hossian Khan has been promoted as General Manager of largest stated owned Sonali Bank Limired. Prior, Jakir Hossain Khan served as the Deputy General Manager of the bank’s Prime Ministers’ Office Corporate Branch, said a press release.
Jakir Hossian joined Sonali Bank Limited as probationary officer in 1983. He served as branch manager of different important branches in Dhaka including Bangabhaban, Hotel Sonargaon branch, head of principal offices and different divisions of head office during his 36 years of banking career. He attended different workshops and seminars on different banking issues in home and abroad.
