The Jagonews-DSEC Media Cup Cricket Tournament begins tomorrow at the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium.
Dhaka Sub Editors Council (DSEC) will arrange the cricket competition under auspices of Jagonews24.com.
A total of 32 media houses will take part in the five-day long cricket competition.
To mark the forthcoming cricket tournament, a press conference was held at the conference room of Bangabandhu National Stadium on Thursday.
Editor of Jagonews24.com Sujan Mahmud, Chief News Editor of Jagonews24.com Mohiuddin Sarkar, Chairperson of Dhaka Sub Editors Council Nasima Akter Soma, Acting General Secretary of DSEC Muktadir Anik and Convener of the Tournament Committee AKM Obaidur Rahman were present at the conference.
A total of 32 electronic, print and online media houses will compete in the tournament.
They are: Alokito Bangladesh, Independent, BSS, Jamuna TV, Jai Jai Din, Janakantha, Jagonews24.com, Jugantor, ATN News, Korotowa, Nowroj, Observer, Prothom Alo, Inqilab, Naya Diganta, R TV, Sangbad, Sangram, Samakal, Bangla News, Sakaler Khabar, Manabkantha, Channel 24, GTV, Banik Barta, Bhorer Kagoj, Ittefaq, Amader Samay, Bangladesh Protidin, DBC Channel, Ekatttor TV and Mohina TV.
