Engr. Jafar Sadique has taken over the charge as the 22nd Chairman of Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission (BAEC) on February 03, 2018, says a press release.
Engr. Sadique has specialization in the modern techniques of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) of Materials, Quality Management System and Integrated Management System. His close alignment with developing trends and innovative technologies, as well as his substantial contacts in the industries, has led to the development and expansions of NDT activities in Bangladesh.
His contribution towards the manpower development in the field of NDT has made this modern technology sustainable in the country. In recognition of the outstanding performance and contributions in the field of Non-Destructive Testing he was awarded with the “BSNDT AWARD – 2006” by Bangladesh Society for Non-Destructive Testing (BSNDT).
