Jabbar releases stamp commemorating Bangabandhu’s sworn in as President

The Postal Department has issued stamps, opening envelopes and data cards to commemorate the day when the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was sworn in as the President of Bangladesh on this day in 1975.
Posts and Telecommunications Minister Mustafa Jabbar on Monday released a commemorative stamp worth Taka 10 and an opening envelope worth Tk 10 and a data card worth Tk 5 in his office, said a release.
Commemorative stamps and inaugural envelopes will later be sold from all post offices in the country including Dhaka GPO’s Philatelic Bureau and other GPOs and main post offices.
