The Department of Languages of International University of Business Agriculture and Technology (IUBAT) organized a Certificate Awarding Ceremony on English Language Proficiency test on last Thursday at Conference Hall of the university.
Vice Chancellor and Founder of IUBAT, Prof Dr M. Alimullah Miyan presided over the ceremonial program while Associate Prof and Coordinator of the Department of Languages delivered the welcoming speech. Prof K A Matin, Wing Commander (Retd) and Asst Prof MS Mahmod of the Department of Languages also addressed at the program.
About 47 students received their certificates. One student from AIUB-American International University-Bangladesh and one Chinese student also undertook the training program.
The Department of Languages has been conducting the English language training program since 2013.
Prof Dr M. Alimullah Miyan said that, the training program would help the IUBAT students who would like to increase their communicative skills.
