Mostafizur Rahman of Folklore Studies Department and M Shahedul Islam of Law Department were elected as President and Secretary of Consumer Youth of Bangladesh (CYB), a volunteer organisation of Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia.
The other office bearers, among others, are- Abu Yousuf, Nazmul Hasan, and Arman Hossen as Vice-Presidents, Sajeda Akter Jaly, Mazharul Islam and Azizul haque Miraz
as Assistant Secretaries, Ashraful Islam as Organising Secretary, Al Amin Hossen as Treasurer, Saddam Hossen Jony as Office Secretary and Ashikur Rahman as Literature Secretary.
The newly elected committee has been formed for the next one year, said Professor M Maher Ali, the moderator of the committee.
