The admission process of Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia for the first-year honours courses under the academic year 2018-19 will begin from September 15 and continue till October 10.
IU Acting Registrar SM Abdul Latif said the admission tests of 33 departments will be held from November 4 to 7 under four units. The unit wise examination schedule will be published later.
The tests would be taken introducing written exam besides taking MCQ while .25 (point two five) number will be cut for every wrong answer from MCQ in the admission test, he added.
Admission seekers will have to register for the tests by paying Taka 500 for 3 departments in ‘A’ unit, Taka 1,500 for 13 departments in ‘B’ unit, Taka 800 for 6 departments in ‘C’ unit and Taka 1,300 for 11 departments in ‘D’ unit.
