Superstar Mahesh Babu is working without any breaks to wrap up the shoot to meet the deadlines for his next film Sarileru Neekevvaru. For the first time after starting the shoot, the actor along with his family flew for a short vacation to Milan during the scheduled break for Dusshera holidays even amidst the hectic schedule of Sarileru Neekevvaru. The actor took a break from the regular shoot of `Sarileru Neekevvaru` that is being directed by Anil Ravipudi.
