Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd donated Tk. 1 million to Bangladesh Red Crescent Society for distributing blankets among the cold stricken people.
Engr. Mustafa Anwar, Chairman of the Bank handed, over the cheque to Hafiz Ahmed Mazumder, Chairman of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society at a function at Islami Bank Tower on Saturday.
Engr. Md. Eskander Ali Khan, Chairman, Executive Committee of the bank, Brig. Md. Showkat Ali, Director, Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College Hospital, Mainul Islam, Director Audit (Acting) of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society, Executive Vice Presidents of the bank were also present on the occasion.
