Ishika Khan in five serials Has keen interest in film

In 2013, Ishika Khan started acting in media. When she was developing her career day by day on June 2, 2014 she lost her father Khan Abdul Bari who was died due to brain stroke. She couldn’t overcome the situation easily. During that time her family relative elder brother journalist Shafiq Al Mamun came into forward to give her support to work in media.
After a break of eight months, Ishika again stood in front of camera with his inspiration. She again became engaged with works in media.
Now Ishika acted four serials are being aired in different satellite channels and she is taking part in shooting of a serial.
Her acted Himel Ashraf’s Ekdin Chhuti Hobey, Mabrur Rashid Bannah’s Nine And A Half, Mostafa Kamal Raj’s Dost Dushmon and Rubayet Mahmud’s Sign Up are being aired on NTV, Desh TV, Maasranga and thirdbell.com respectively regularly.
Therefore, Ishika has already started acting in Shimul Sarkar’s directed a new serial titled Eki Kando.
While talking about her works in media at present Ishika told this correspondent, “After proving my skill I want to establish myself in media and also to work in good plays and serials. Everybody pray for me. In the meantime, I also deserve recognition of my works. That will be a good thing in my life. I always want to be a good human being.”
Besides acting, Ishika has also engaged with modeling and programme hosting. Under Amitabh Reza’s direction she first performed as a model in a TV commercial of Robi. With the assistance of her friend Mona she first acted in Shahid Un Nanbi directed a play titled Prembaj Telbaj. Her acted first drama serial was Shihab Shaheen’s Bhalobashar Chotushkone.
On Boishakhi TV, she first hosted a show titled Music Train. Later, she also hosted in RTV’s Music Station and in last Eid on Desh TV she hosted live musical show Koler Gaan in seven days at a time which was impressed to all the viewers.
Hailed from Bagerhat Ishika Khan has keen interest to work in film but not right now. After establishing in media properly Ishika wants to act in the big screen, she said.
