IPDC, Moner Bondhu join hands to support ‘Lean In’ BD Chapter

IPDC Finance Limited, the first financial institution of Bangladesh, has signed a partnership agreement with Moner Bondhu to conduct workshops on mental wellness and parenting for working women.
These workshops will be aligned with ‘Lean In’ Bangladesh Chapter circle, said a press release.
This circle of Lean In will feature these workshops in the global LeanIN.org platform.
IPDC Finance will also take a big step to attain the ‘Gender Equality Goal’, the no 5 goal of SDG (Sustainable Development Goals), established by United Nations.
LeanIn.Org was founded by Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg to empower all women to achieve their ambitions.
The LeanIn.Org community has grown to over 1.6M women and men and more than 34,000 Lean In Circles in over 150 countries.
IPDC Finance and Moner Bondhu will jointly work on mental health awareness and provide mental wellness support to the working women so that they can effectively take on the challenges and opportunities of their career and will organize several workshops throughout the year of 2018 on mental wellness for parents and working women partnering.
