UNB, Dhaka :BNP joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi on Tuesday warned that people will try Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu and former chief justice ABM Khairul Haque in their own court very soon for ‘their role in destroyingdemocracy and annihilating opposition men’. “The day is not far way…Hasanul Haq Inu and Justice Khairul Haque will be tried in people’s court for their role in obliterating democracy in the country, killing opposition leaders and activists and carrying out extrajudicial killings,” he said.Speaking at a press briefing at BNP’s Nayapaltan central office, Rizvi also said the names of Inu and Khairul Haque will be there on the ‘final list, not in waiting one,’ of those will tried in public court.He alleged that militancy emerged in Bangladesh first from the violent activities of Inu and his thugs during 1972-1975. “Even before the emergence of Laden (Osama bin Laden, the founder and head of the Islamist militant group al-Qaeda), the people of the country and world community had first witnessed the ugly face of militancy through the violent activities of Gano Bahini of Hasanul Haq Inu.”
