The country’s biggest International Fire Safety and Security Expo-2020 will begin in the capital on February 15, with organizers hoping to attract more than 10 thousand visitors of the three-day event.
Electronics Safety and Security Association of Bangladesh (ESSAB) is going to host the mega event at Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC) in the capital, the organizers said at a function today at Hotel InterContinental Dhaka.
Presided over by ESSAB president Motaher Hoshan Khan, the function was attended by Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) president Sheikh Fazle Fahim as chief guest, while Fire Service and Civil Defence Director (FSCD) (Training, Planning and Development) Lt Col SM Zulfiker Rahman, former FSCD Director General (retd) Ali Ahammad Khan was present.
