International Day of Persons with Disabilities and National Disabled Day-2018 will be observed in the country as elsewhere in the world today ( Monday) aiming to create mass awareness to extend supports and provide adequate facilities for the people with differently able.
On the eve of the day, President M Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina issued separate messages, urging local and foreign organisations and the affluent section of society to extend their helping hands for the welfare of the people with disabilities.
