The 2-day 4th International Conference on Chemical Engineering (ICChE 2014) begins today (Monday) at 9:30 am at Council Bhaban, BUET, says a press release. The theme of ICChE 2014 is Biotechnology and Biomedical Engineering. Along with classical chemical engineering topics, important national issues such as environment, health-safety, food-safety and food preservation and processing will be addressed by leading researchers from Bangladesh, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, China and India in the technical sessions.
Prof A K Azad Chowdhury, Chairman (State Minister), UGC will be the Chief Guest of the ceremony. Prof Jamilur Reza Choudhury, Vice Chancellor, University of Asia Pacific will grace the occasion as the special guest.
Prof Khaleda Ekram, Vice Chancellor, BUET will preside over the ceremony.
