For the 3rd time, English Literary Club (ELC) of Daffodil International University (DIU) organized “8th International Children’s Film Festival, Bangladesh-2015”.
The inauguration ceremony was held on Tuesday at DIU auditorium. Umme Kulsum, Head, Department of English, Farhana Helal Mehtab, Head, Department of Law, Syed Mizanur Rahman, Director (Student Affairs), Shamsi Ara Huda, Assistant Professor, Md Nuruzzaman Moral, Lecturer, Department of English and Convener of English Literary Club (ELC) of DIU were present at the inauguration ceremony.
A team from the renowned short film “Garioala” was present at the ceremony. One of the main motives of the festival is to give the children a basic idea on the media, as it is a powerful source of learning through entertainment.
