Majority of Bangladeshi youths think digital technology, especially mobile and internet, would be the key to their careers by 2020, according to a survey report.
In Bangladesh, 60 percent of millennials said they were “excited” about the future opportunities in internet and digital sectors while a largest segment (30 percent) stated that they were “extremely excited”.
Additionally 59 percent youth in Bangladesh said that mobile/internet technology will be “important” in their career by 2020, mirroring the average of 63 percent of youth aggregated in all six nations who agreed with this.
However, only 1.4 percent Bangladeshi youth said that technology is “not really important” for their future.
