The A and B category of SAIF POWERTEC 2nd International Rating Chess tournament will begin on Saturday (July 15) at Bangladesh Chess Federation (BCF) hall-room.
The category A event is open for all 2000 or above rated chess players while category B is open for all below 2000 rated and unrated chess players.
Interested chess players have been asked to enroll their names on or before Thursday (July 13) with entry fees at BCF office room.
Both categories events will be held in 9 round Swiss-League system and total cash prize of Taka 5,000,00 -Taka 3,50,000 for A category and Taka 1.50,000 for B category – will be given to the winners.
