‘Interact Club of Daffodil International School’, an associate organization of Rotary International recently launched at Daffodil International School. Rtn. M Khairul Alam, District Governor, Rotary International District-3281 Bangladesh and Rtn M Sajjad Hossain Sohel, President, Rotary Club of Dhaka Midtown visited Daffodil International School (DIS) recentyl and officially handed over the Charter Certificate of the club to Intr Nabir Sarwar Mirza, Charter President and Intr Sajid Ahmed, Charter Secretary and Rtn Rayan Rahman, Club Advisor, Interact Club of Daffodil International School.
Rtn AKM Mahiuddin Polash, Past President, Rotary Club of Dhaka Midtown, Rtn Khondoker Zakir Hossain, PSCC, Rotary Club of Dhaka Midtown, Rtn Shakawat Hossain Mamun, President 2019-20, Rotary Club of Dhaka Midtown, Rtr Humayun Kabir Polash, Charter President, Rotaract Club of Daffodil International University were also present during certificate handing over program.
Interact Club founded in 1962 is Rotary International’s service club for young people ages 12 to 18. Interact clubs bring together young people ages 12-18 to develop leadership skills while discovering the power of ‘Service above Self’. Interact clubs are sponsored by individual Rotary clubs. Over 400,000 young people and 159 countries are involved in Interact.
