The Walton Inter-Shaheen College Hockey Tournament starts today at the BAF Shaheen College Ground in the city’s Tejgaon.
Principal of BAF Shaheen College Dhaka AH M Amirul Hasan will open the four-day long hockey competition as the chief guest, while Head of Sports & Welfare Department of Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn and Adviser of ATN Bangla Limited Meer Md Motahar Hossain will be with him as special guests.
A total of seven BAF Shaheen School & College across the country will compete in the hockey meet. They are: BAF Shaheen College Dhaka, BAF Shaheen College Kurmitola, BAF Shaheen College Jessore, BAF Shaheen College Pahar Kanchanpur Tangail, BAF Shaheen College Shamsher Nagar Sylhet, BAF Shaheen College Chittagong and BAF Shaheen English Medium School.
